Roles & Responsibilities of HR – Head

Strategic Leadership & Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Organizations’ overall business objectives, focusing on scaling HR capabilities as the business develops.
  • Lead workforce planning to support organizational expansion while ensuring efficient allocation of resources across departments.

 

Team Management & Development:

  • Develop succession planning, leadership development, and career path.
  • Oversee large HR operations across all HR functions.

 

Performance Management :

  • Drive a culture of high performance through well-structured performance management programs and consistent feedback systems.
  • Should work closely with the management to fine-tune the HR systems & HR Policies.

 

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Should have experience in handling Pay settlements and staff Negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations, maintaining policies that protect employees and the company.
  • Expertise in HR operations, employee relations and Performance management
  • Continuously optimize HR processes, utilizing technology to improve efficiency.
  • Handling Legal Affairs.

 

Skills Required

Roles & Responsibilities of IT Officer

IT Infrastructure Planning and Setup

  • Design and implement the IT infrastructure, including Hardware, Software, and Network Systems.
  • Select and set up servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure proper cabling and connectivity throughout the property.

 

Other Aspect

  • Experience in Full Stack Development
  • Experience in methods of data exchange between heterogeneous databases (API, stored procedure, odbc, etc)
  • Knowledge about query optimization techniques like portioning, indexing merging, etc
  • Experience in using NoSQL database
  • Knowledge about data fetching from instrument-connected systems
  • Knowledge about high-risk and difficult-to-identify software vulnerability
  • Implementation of automation tools for simplifying work
  • Knowledge about configuring a subdomain
  • Knowledge about configuring VLAN
  • Technical proficiency in troubleshooting issues and understanding the technical goals of the company

 

Vendor and System Selection

  • Evaluate, select, and implement proper IT systems, and other critical management software.
  • Negotiate contracts with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with the requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors to install and configure systems and software.
  • Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

 

Data Security and Compliance

  • Implement security measures to protect data and information.
  • Ensure compliance with local data protection regulations and industry standards

 

Integration and Testing

  • Conduct thorough testing of all IT systems to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Resolve compatibility issues between different systems
  • Establish backup and disaster recovery systems.

 

Collaboration with Other Departments

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Engineering, Finance, etc) to ensure IT systems meet operational needs.
  • Coordinate with security teams to integrate surveillance and access control systems with IT networks.

 

Reporting and Documentation

  • Document all IT setups, configurations, and processes for reference and future maintenance.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the management.

 

Strategic Planning for Post-Opening

  • Develop a roadmap for IT system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors.

 

Skills Required 

  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Good knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Complete knowledge of various IT systems and networks
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in the Implementation of ERP
