Sales & Marketing Officer: 

Responsible for marketing and sales of all departments of SITRA. Implement sales and marketing plan, achieving of sales plan, Identify new opportunities in various markets and accelerate customer acquisition. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Overall in charge of local Domestic marketing strategy for SITRA for making its presence larger.
  2. Strategy formulation for market share expansion and acquiring new business Domestic and Overseas
  3. Ensuring maintenance of excellent business relations with existing customers
  4. Streamlining and optimally structuring the reporting hierarchy of the sales team for high efficiency
  5. Establishing annual and quarterly targets for the company and assigning them to respective sales persons
  6. Monitoring and guiding the sales team
  7. Acquiring timely reports from respective team leaders
  8. Handling Key High Value Customers
  9. Maintaining high morale of the Sales Team
  10. Excellent communication and presentation skills; Highly-organized, a self-starter, resilient and able to perform under pressure.
  11. Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meet deadline
  12. Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated. 

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Textiles) and MBA in marketing; 

Experience: Min 10 years of experience and must be currently involved in or has previously been involved in planning and executing marketing strategies for a firm of repute.

 Officer – Analytical Chemistry

 Experience: Atleast 7 years in analytical testing laboratory

Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Analytical/Organic/Inorganic/Applied/Industrial/Physical Chemistry

Job Description:

  1. Develop and validate analytical test methods for the testing of textile, food, agricultural and pharmaceutical products according to NABL/Good lab Practice (GLP) requirements
  2. Ability to design validation protocols and to carry out method validation on HPTLC, HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS, LC-MS, FTIR and UV-Vis.
  3. Responsible for writing analytical test reports and interpretations on timely manner.
  4. Troubleshooting of routine analytical challenges
  5. Review of standard test procedures, preparation of certificate of analysis.
  6. Able to guide juniors for routine analysis.
  7. Controlling laboratory chemicals required for analytical development activities
  8. Experience in NABL accredited laboratory is must
  9. Knowledge of English is must
